I read Animus a few months ago, when I first discovered this author, and I immediately marked her down as an author I wanted more of. When I received my copy of Aurora, I'll admit I was a bit apprehensive to open it. What if it wasn't as good as the first book? I hate when that happens... I'm so glad I overcame that fear! This book is even better! The characters are intense, flawed, and beautifully interwoven to the story. I don't want to give anything away, but I have to say the concept of aged souls and multiple reincarnations she twirls so effortlessly is amazing! What a unique and brilliant concept! I can imagine so many spin offs and side story possibilities, and I truly hope she writes some. If you're looking for a story to lift you to another plane and fill you with suspenseful wonder and cringe-worthy thrills, you need to read this book!
